Alta Pay Group, with its unique business concept for the financial market, officially assumed 100 ownership of EKI Transfers doo, which is the first provider of Western Union money transfer services on the Serbian and Montenegrin markets. WU represents the largest international money transfer system with over 160 years of tradition.<\/p>

With this acquisition, we continue to expand our presence and strengthen the brand both in the country and in the region, through more than 4,000 locations. We further strengthen our offer by providing an international money transfer service through the largest network of locations.<\/p>

By taking over Eki transfers doo, Alta Pay Group will further strengthen its leadership position in the payment transaction segment and generate business growth in accordance with the strategic direction for the company’s development. In addition to business expansion, Alta Pay Group will, in the coming period, focus on new investments in the development and improvement of technical solutions in order to offer existing and new clients a superior experience and the most modern payment services, adapted to their needs.<\/p>
