How to get a VAT refund

In order to obtain a VAT refund through the Global Blue services, you need to bring a certified Global Blue tax-free form, a fiscal receipt for the purchased goods, a passport, a VISA or MasterCard payment card, and visit one of the Alta exchange offices where this service available.

In addition to the ALTA exchange office in Niš, the Global blue VAT refund is also available at the following locations of the Alta exchange offices in Belgrade:
